This class is designed to help you start or bolster a regular meditation practice. There are many benefits to regular meditation: it can help you lower your blood pressure, develop peace of mind, and address depression, anxiety, or anger. Learn how to sit for meditation, and how to strengthen your concentration. Class will also explore walking meditation and touch on foundational Buddhist teachings. Each class will end by chanting the Four Bodhisattva Vows.
