1745) Slow Flow Yoga & Sound Bath
 

Reconnect with your breath, body, and inner calm in this gentle, accessible Slow Flow Yoga class for all levels. Through mindful movement and breathwork, you’ll build flexibility, presence, and relaxation. Class includes grounding breath awareness during opening meditation, gentle sun salutations focusing on activating the energy centers of the body, slow flowing postures with modifications to support all levels, and a sound bath during closing rest. Bring a yoga mat and water.
