This workshop begins with a live glass blowing demonstration, where our expert artists transform sand, soda, and fire into the mesmerizing medium of molten glass. You’ll be captivated as they blow, spin, twist, and shape glowing glass into beautiful forms, right before your eyes in our Hot Shop. After the demo, it’s your turn. Under the guidance of our professional glassblowers, each participant will step up to the pipe and create their own unique glass pendant. Choose your colors, heat the glass, shape it with specialized tools, and fire it with a blow torch. Whether you wear your creation as a necklace, hang it in a sunny window, or turn it into a fun fridge magnet, your one-of-a-kind pendant will be ready for pickup one week after the event. The demonstration lasts approximately 30–45 minutes, followed by a hands-on session where each participant will make their own pendant.

Completed projects will be ready for pick-up one week later. 

Students should plan to arrive 15 minutes early to complete the waiver and be ready to start on time. Attendees under 18 must have a signed waiver from their parent/guardian upon arrival. If the legal guardian will not be present, please contact us in advance for the waiver and we will supply it via email so that it can be brought with the attendee on the date of the class.
