Are you looking to be more mindful in your day-to-day life? This one hour workshop will walk you through the connection between mindfulness, meditation and mental health. Cara will walk participants through some basic mindfulness based stress reduction practices and how our thoughts affect our emotions. Whether you meditate regularly or have never tried it, there is something in this workshop for you.
