132) Tunisian Crochet
 

Tunisian crochet is less bulky than crochet, uses a long crochet hook, and looks woven. Stitches are different but similar to crochet. Learn the Tunisian stitches, pattern reading, crocheting with beads, and more. We'll be making a beaded scarf. Pre-requisite: Basic crochet.

Supplies: Size J Tunisian hook (9-10” long) or regular crochet hook without thumb grip, size G hook, 300 yds silk or bamboo like Manos Silk or Bonnie’s Bamboo (Please wind into a ball before coming to class. The yarn store will do for you.), 554 size 6/0 beads, Big Eye Beading Needle, Scissors, Pen and paper. Note: Beads and Big Eye Needle not needed until the last class.
