Come join Chef Scott Cowell from the Bristol-Plymouth Culinary department on April 6th and 13th from 5-7pm for a multi-course 'Taste and Take'! Learn the tricks of the trade from Chef Cowell, prepare the courses alongside Chef and other friends in the community, take a taste of each dish, and then bring some home for leftovers!
Class 1: "A Taste of Italy"
1. Chicken Cacciatore - Traditional Northern Italian style roasted chicken served with fresh potato gnocchi.
2. Tiramisu - Classic Italian "Pick Me Up" with espresso soaked lady fingers and mascarpone cream.
