Jennifer spent the first part of her career working in human resources, primarily in creating and implementing campus and experienced hire recruiting strategies and processes. Realizing that helping people become fulfilled and happy in their own professional lives was most meaningful to her in her work, Jennifer decided to pursue her graduate degree in counseling. Jennifer has been involved in career counseling since 2002, helping individuals at all levels become more aware of who they are and how they fit into the world of work. Her experience includes working in public and private universities with undergraduate and MBA students, as well as, alumni. In 2010, she fulfilled a dream of having a private career coaching practice with her former colleague and friend, Andrea Garrido.
