Shelly Photiades is a certified Essential Somatics teacher and works with many people to manage and relieve pain and to find greater freedom in their bodies. Shelly enjoys many physical activities including tennis, biking and dancing, but spent decades suffering from chronic pain not resolved through traditional techniques.
