After becoming a Master Gardener, Helen founded Kensinger Garden Design in 2001 prior to earning a certificate in Landscape Design from the New York Botanical Garden in 2004. Her work from designing private residences to the design of a local Pre-school garden and Elementary school playground and as a groundskeeper and docent of historic Grasmere park and Historic Preservation in Maplewood have earned much recognition in the community including an Historic Preservation award.
