Andrea spent the first half of her +20 year career in recruiting, human resources and managed care sales/account management. Her professional experience spans across a broad spectrum industries, including staffing, biotech, printing/advertising and managed healthcare. After working in the World Trade Center during 9/11, she decided to make a major career change and transitioned her recruiting and HR background into higher education. She worked at career centers in both public and private universities where she supported undergraduate, graduate/MBA students and alumni of all backgrounds and experience levels. In 2010 she founded Turning Leaf Career Consulting with her former colleague and friend, Jen Rodgers. Andrea has a business degree from the Sellinger School of Business at Loyola University - Maryland and a M.Ed. in counseling psychology from Seton Hall University.

Jennifer spent the first part of her career working in human resources, primarily in creating and implementing campus and experienced hire recruiting strategies and processes. Realizing that helping people become fulfilled and happy in their own professional lives was most meaningful to her in her work, Jennifer decided to pursue her graduate degree in counseling. Jennifer has been involved in career counseling since 2002, helping individuals at all levels become more aware of who they are and how they fit into the world of work. Her experience includes working in public and private universities with undergraduate and MBA students, as well as, alumni. In 2010, she fulfilled a dream of having a private career coaching practice with her former colleague and friend, Andrea Garrido.
