049) CREATIVE WRITING WORKSHOP: AN OPEN-GENRE APPROACH
 

Do you have an idea you want to write about but are not sure what container it belongs in? Short fiction or poetry? Memoir or journalistic essay? This workshop is open to writers working in all those genres. Come share your work and receive the feedback you need to keep moving forward. Limited to 10.

THERESA BURNS holds an MFA in creative writing from Sarah Lawrence College. Her poems, reviews and nonfiction have appeared in The New York Times, Prairie Schooner, Bellevue Literary Review, New Ohio Review and upstreet, among other places. An in-house book editor for nearly 20 years, Burns is the author of the chapbook Two Train Town (2017) and has taught writing at Seton Hall University, FIT and the 92nd Street Y.
