085) ZUMBA TONING
 

Zumba Toning combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and cardio work with Latin-infused Zumba moves to create a calorie-torching dance fitness party. Students will use two-pound Zumba Shake Sticks to work on strength training. The results? Improved posture, balance and overall coordination.
