Increase strength, muscle mass, bone density, endurance and flexibility through the use of hand weights, bands and body weight. Strength training will help you control your weight and improve your balance and posture, improve athletic performance and prevent falls. Please bring hand weights and a mat to class. Make-up classes offered at instructor’s studio.
