Choreographed to today’s hottest music, Jazzercise is a fusion of jazz dance, resistance training, Pilates, yoga and kickboxing. Wear appropriate and comfortable clothing and bring handheld weights. A mat or towel and bottled water are also suggested. No extensions, make-ups or refunds. Registrations are not transferable. Combine courses 070 and 071. Students who sign up for the combo are invited to take one extra class per week at the Verona Jazzercise location.
