Chef Guillermo Wong specializes in Peruvian cuisine, Chifa (Peruvian- Chinese Fusion) Latin American, and International fusion. He can create a dish with all the world flavors onto one plate.
He originates from Lima, Peru and has a culinary degree as an International Chef from Le Cordon Bleu, Peru. His mother, a Creole of Lima-Peru and his father, a Chinese Descendant loved to cook Chifa. CheF Wong learned chifa from his father. Chef Wong’s grandfather was one of the pioneers on opening a Chifa restaurant in the early 20th Century in Capon Street in Lima-Peru, which is the Chinatown of Peru.
