Dr. Jaime Stover Schmitt is an internationally recognized yoga expert who, through her yoga school Spanda® Yoga Movement Therapy, has been teaching yoga and training others to teach for over 50 years. As a current member of both international yoga credentialing teams (YA and IAYT), she’s been participating in setting the standards used to train yoga teachers and therapists worldwide since 2006.
