Eric Naessig is a professional screenwriter, script reader, and creative consultant. He writes and edits scripts for digital media companies such as Theorist Media, Inc., and screenwriting competitions enlist his script reading services year-round. His work experience spans multiple development offices, production companies, film festivals, and literary agencies. Eric earned his Bachelor of Arts in Writing in Film and Television from Emerson College. He then concurrently pursued his Master of Fine Arts in Screenwriting and Master of Arts in Film Studies from Chapman University. Eric also attained his Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School and regularly supplies legal services in the realm of entertainment law as a licensed attorney. Using his interdisciplinary background, he has both published and presented scholarly work that examines the intersection of law, film studies, and screenwriting.
