Ute Mehnert is a German historian, journalist, and writer with a Ph.D. from Cologne University. She moved to Princeton with her family in 2006. Apart from working as a lecturer of history at Princeton University, she has been teaching her native language at Westminster Choir College and as a private tutor for eight years – immersing students in a spirited mix of German grammar, culture, facts, and stories.
