Born and brought up in HK, with a doctorate in Japanese History, Selina’s tastebuds were honed by a grandmother and a mother who made daily delicious meals with an endless range of ingredients and flavors.
When globetrotting for business or pleasure, Selina always seeks out markets and food stores for research, sustenance and fun.
In addition to completing food and wine courses at CIA, ICE (US) Le Cordon Bleu (Paris); Selina has taken tea tasting courses in Japan and Hong Kong, chocolate making courses in Belgium and Costa Rica, coffee tasting in Ethiopia, cous cous making course in Morocco, aboriginal cuisine in Australia and seafood cuisine in NZ.
Selina founded and owned an organic chocolate café and cooking school for 10 years in Lititz PA.
