Dr. Linda Materna is Professor Emerita of Spanish of Rider University, where she taught Spanish language, literature and culture. She led numerous courses abroad, and created  and served as director of Rider’s Center for International Education. She has published studies on Spanish Romantic and modern and contemporary theater and film, and serves on the editorial board of Estreno, a journal of contemporary Spanish theater.
