IANO CONIGLIARO came to the US from Carini, Sicily in 1984.  Starting as a dishwasher and through years of experience working in the restaurant business, he became the owner of his own establishment; Iano’s Rosticceria, located at 86 Nassau Street in the heart of Princeton.  Opting for a lifestyle change, he sold his thriving business and now keeps a more traditional workday in order to spend evenings and weekends free.  He now entertains from his handcrafted brick oven in his backyard and enjoys time spent with his wife, Arline.

ARLINE CONIGLIARO holds a Masters degree in School Counseling and is a trained chef.  Through her work with past establishments such as the Princeton Charcuterie and the Princeton Charcuterie Café, her familiarity to those in the Princeton area dates back to the 1980’s.  She has recently retired from her position as a school counselor and has created a long-held dream, a small online handcrafted cookie business, Aunt Cookie, Taste the Love.  Making cookies from family inspired recipes using only the very best whole ingredients allows her to deliver nation-wide, cookies that are simply amazing!  You can find her on Instagram #AuntCookieBakes and on Facebook Aunt Cookie, Taste the Love and her website at www.AuntCookie.com.
