Carla Harris is the founder and owner of 'flour•ish, a licensed home small-batch-from-scratch gluten-free bakery that uses locally grown and sourced organic ingredients. After teaching elementary and preschool for 30 years, Carla developed 'flour•ish out of her desire to provide a way for people with Celiac disease or who cannot otherwise tolerate gluten to enjoy eating healthy baked goods. Carla is self-taught, and has spent years perfecting her gluten free recipes. She uses high-quality ingredients such as ground flaxseed and psyllium husk and nutritious ancient grains that are milled in small batches and used immediately to produce nutrient dense baked goods. Her most requested products are her gluten free sourdough breads. |
