Lynn Aylward was an environmental scientist and international economist before retiring ten years ago. She left her familiar stomping group in Washington DC to re-invent herself in San Francisco, with a cool part-time job and new friends, hobbies and passions. Post-Covid, she moved to Edinburgh, Scotland and quickly built a new life there. Since settling in Princeton in November 2023, long-time residents routinely tell her she knows more people and things to do here than they do. Lynn would love to share what she’s learnt about how to begin again because she wants everyone to know they can change their lives or re-invigorate them, no matter their age or circumstances.
