Sharon Bancroft enjoys her career of being a resume expert, career coach, and Information Technology (IT) Educator. She loves helping people find their joyful path! She has presented engaging IT courses to faculty, staff, corporate clients, and college students, as well as Resume Writing and Job Search and Preparing for College. She was awarded the Adjunct of the Year, Excellence Award, in 2003, and enjoys mentoring students in establishing academic and career goals. She has developed IT courses, associated documentation, and department documentation including customized manuals, brochures, and handouts, distributed campus-wide, and used internally. Sharon has also prepared IT manuals for Workforce Development, New Jersey State Community College Consortium Training Program, presented State-wide.
