 An achieved self taught versatile cook and baker, it is her passion to learn new ingredients and foods from global culinary communities to enhance and develop recipes. Ink loves traditional & cultural cuisines and cherishes all good eats. She also is a life long believer in splendid home cooking.  She has been educating the community by sharing her skills, knowledge and experience with PAS since 2013 and serves the PAS board.
