I’m a home cook, learning from my mother, grandmother, and from my aunt during our summer time trips to visit family in Greece. Through the years I realized that I loved baking. I would bake Greek pastries and sweets and share them with my friends and coworkers who would ask for recipes which I would happily share. Turned out that many people didn’t try to make my recipes at home because working with filo was too intimidating, or it they weren’t sure of the technique for the dough…hands on demonstration was always best.
