REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

Registration begins once catalogs have been mailed and registrations will be processed in the order in which they are received. Registrations will begin according to the posted schedule. Please note, many of our most popular courses have an enrollment limit and fill up quickly.  In all cases a registration form must be accompanied by payment in full. We accept cash, check, money order and Visa and MasterCard credit cards.

IN-PERSON

Registration is held in Building #2 Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM. (many of our most popular courses have an enrollment limit and fill up quickly) Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. We cannot reserve seats via telephone request. (please see our summer hours -July & August)

TELEPHONE

Telephone registration with a credit card is available between the hours of 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM.  Please have your registration info and credit card ready before you place the call. We apologize that long waiting times may occur during peak registration periods.  

  

 

REFUND POLICYCLASSES 7 WEEKS OR LONGER IN DURATION

 100% refund will be issued for courses canceled by Morris County School of Technology.

 90% of the student’s tuition will be refunded if a written request is received prior to the first class for all classes 7 weeks or longer.

 80% of the student’s tuition will be refunded if a written request is received prior to the second class for all classes 7 weeks or longer.

 50% of the student’s tuition will be refunded if a written request is received prior to the third class for all classes 7 weeks or longer.

 No refunds will be given after the third class (whether you’ve attended or not) for all classes 7 weeks or longer.

 If a student requests a refund by mail, the postmark will serve as the date of the request.

OUT OF COUNTY FEE Out of county students (with the exception of Warren and Sussex) will be charged a $10.00 out of county fee per course.

 

INCLEMENT WEATHER

Classes may be canceled due to inclement weather. Announcements of school closings may be accessed at (973) 627-4600 after 6:15AM or  4:00PM,or visit www.mcvts.org.

   

CANCELED COURSES

Morris County School of Technology reserves the right to cancel any program or class due to low enrollment or valid changes in scheduling.

 

 

CANCELED SESSIONS

In the event of canceled sessions, all classes will be made up after the last regularly scheduled class. Every attempt will be made for classes to run their full program duration.
