Adult/Teen Stretch & Strength

This class does not focus on dance techniques as a way to develop the body, but on a variety of stretching and strengthening techniques used by DTSBDC. These approaches include exercises from Pilates, yoga, and Alexander technique. Class will also include learning ways to use breathing to relax both mind and body.
