Dr. Constance L. (Connie) Ace is a professional genealogist, currently specializing in Pennsylvania and New England ancestry research. She is a fifth-generation native Californian, but her early roots are in Bucks and Northampton Counties, Pennsylvania.
Connie holds a PhD in biophysics from the University of California. She spent over 25 years of her career with Johnson & Johnson companies, developing new biomaterials for the repair and regeneration of human tissue. Since her semi-retirement, she has turned her research skills in a new direction, and now heads Ace Genealogy Research and Consulting, LLC, a small firm specializing in helping individuals and families discover their histories and “bring their roots and branches together.”
She resides with her husband, Frank, on their family farm in Warrington, PA, where he grew up. She is the mother of one son, Mike, and has two beautiful granddaughters.
She is a member of the Association of Professional Genealogists, the Genealogical Society of Pennsylvania, the California Historical Society, the Historical Society of Pennsylvania, the Bucks County Genealogical Society and the National Association of the Daughters of the American Revolution. She is a graduate of the Boston University graduate program in professional genealogy.
