Fencing is fun, safe, exciting and a great form of exercise. Fencing sharpens your agility, balance, confidence, reflexes, and even your mind. This three-week course provides an opportunity to try out this classic sport without making a long-term commitment or costly investment. We’ll cover safety, history, basic footwork, and hand positions. You’ll be able to use all equipment and leave class with your own fencing glove.
