Dip into the art of chocolate making. We’ll show you how to make chocolate ganache to be used as a chocolate truffle base or filling. We’ll bring tastings of our special small batch chocolates and show how we use various fillings to create unique chocolates. Join Tom Block of Pierre’s Chocolates, for this fun and decadent night. Please wear a baseball cap and an apron.
