Come learn the basics of Thai Cooking, using fresh, aromatic herbs including kaffir lime leaves, lemongrass, galangal, and unique ingredients such as coconut milk to create distinctive and healthy dishes. Join chef Vallada, a native of Thailand for this fun night of learning a Thai appetizer and main dish. We’ll make a spicy salad and Tom Kha Gai-Thai coconut galangal chicken soup served with steamed jasmine rice. There will be an opportunity of tasting and plenty of Thai culture. Please bring a knife, cutting board, apron, and containers to take home your creations.
