ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR:
An avid instructor and baker, Debra J. Mosley discovered her love for decorating cakes while learning how to cook and bake from her grandmother, Martha Clark Mosely. She loved all of the incredible cakes, cooked frosting, biscuits and cobblers she could whip up from scratch in no time.
Doll cakes have been her specialty for the past 25 years and decorated sugar cookies are her passion. She has taken classes with Roland & Marsha Winbeckler and Colette Peters.
Debra has recently released her new baking and decorating guide, The Cake & Cookie Closet: All Dolled Up in Sugar to show readers how to make dolls cakes and clothing inspired sugar cookies at home.
