Specialist and Educator of American and Local cheese. Carla's career in the specialty field started with her entry into Whole Foods Market in the Spring of 2001. After working in the Prepared Foods department doing research and development and leading teams in various stores, she moved into the cheese world in 2006. With a great passion for the product and the support of Whole Foods Market, she achieved CCP (certified cheese professional) status through the American Cheese Society in 2013.
