Founder and Chief Chocolatier of Chocolista LLC.  Chocolate training at the French Culinary Institute in NYC and the Institute of Culinary Education in NYC.  Completed the Masters Chocolatier Program at Ecole Chocolat.  Training with Chef Phillipe Parks at Michel Cluizel in Normandy, France and with Chef Christophe Canet at Cacoa Barry in France.
