| I have been an active outdoors person for my entire life. In the last 33 years I have run over 70 marathons and ultra marathons. I have also done many triathlons, the first one dating back to the early 80’s. I believe that any outdoor activity is beneficial…both to appreciating the outdoors in all seasons and improving ones physical well being. I enjoy leading our walking groups. It’s so wonderful to see the enthusiasm and satisfaction that the participants get from our twice-weekly meetings. Not only are we out there getting our exercise, but also seeing the changing scenes of the seasons and it’s especially easy to do with a group and a commitment
